How do I book?

Cost/Investment?

My sessions are tailored to each client. What are you wanting to photograph?
A typical session can range from $150-$800.
I require a deposit to secure your date before travel. The remainder will be required at the end of the photo session before any images are delivered.
I also offer monthly payment plans for any session (no interest) but the full amount must be paid before photos are taken.
Travel and lodging will be split between all clients that book in your location.
Most session fees are separate unless stated otherwise at time of booking. Meaning free digitals or edited photos are not included in the session payment.

How long do sessions last?

Equine sessions typically last between 30 minutes to an hour but will go over if you have more than one horse.

Other types of sessions depend on what you're wanting to shoot and how many locations!
Some sessions like events, weddings, concerts, award ceremonies, etc have their own times determined by the client.

For majority of my sessions I have a time range listed in the infomation. I have many sessions go over or under this time.

Where do sessions take place?

For Equine Sessions, this is typically at your barn, show, or a trailered to location.

Please ensure anywhere your photos are taken, the owner is aware of the photo shoot, it is at a safe location, and all facility rules are followed. If there is a photographer fee for the location, it will be the client's responsibility to pay it.

How quickly will I recieve my images?

Proofs of your images are typically delivered within 3 or 4 days of the photo shoot.

After receiving your proofs, sending me your favorites, and paying your invoice, I will begin editing your images and delivering them to you as they are completed. Turn around time for all final photos typically depends on how many edited images you order. 10 images takes an average of one to three weeks.

Prints and products are delivered about one to two weeks after ordering.

Can I share my images on social media?

PLEASE do!

I love to be tagged so I can also see your images.

Any images with watermark still covering the photo should not be posted or screen-shotted. These are unpaid images and is considered stealing.

Where are you located?

I am based in Austin, Texas, USA.

However I can travel all over the United States for my sessions.

Travel and lodging fees will apply to any sessions 50 miles outside of my home or travel stay location.

How far in advance do you book?

I typically book a few months in advance but occasionally have my whole year planned. I book sessions where I still have availability.

I do sometimes have cancellations so if I am full during a month you really wanting to book me, please let me know and I will add you to the wait list.

What if the weather doesn't look great?

Anyone from Texas knows the weather is crazy! It changes so quickly. I don't like to reschedule my sessions if rain is forecasted until the day before or the day of your session. I really do love overcast pictures.
If it has rained recently and the location is too muddy or is actively raining, we will reschedule.

For travel, we will try to work around bad weather. If a session really cannot be taken due to weather, I will either refund you or I can credit you toward your next session. This includes death or sickness of human/animal.
(There will be no refunds for travel/lodging if it has already been paid for. I will refund as much as I can.)

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! I can put any amount on an online gift card. I also offer a printable certificate if you'd like to give it to that special person. Please reach out to me.

Do I have to purchase prints/products from you?

I can't stop you from purchasing prints elsewhere, although I greatly appreciate if you purchase through my online shop. Although I only profit a couple bucks when you use my shop, it goes a long way.

Please don't try printing at non-professional photo printers. Many clients come to me saying their images were discolored.

Helping you in the printing process is part of my job. I will make sure any images you wish to make large prints of are the correct pixels, quality, and size. I can give you recommendations to find exactly the product you are looking for at the budget you want.

The print shop company I use is FANTASTIC. They are extremely helpful, create beautiful images, and deliver them fast. I have tried so many print shops I HATE. Just skip the hassle of hoping your images will turn out how you want.
