Hi, My Name is Avery Fletcher
About Me
I am 24 years old and I have lived in Texas most of my life. I graduated West Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Equine Industry and Business. After completing a few photography classes my last semester of college, I decided I wanted to combine my photography with my major. I have grown up my whole life as a horse girl. I finally bought my own horse summer of 2021. He is a 2016 OTTB named Brazos (Brazos Wildcat). When I am not photographing, I am teaching lessons at Switch Willo Stables, reading, riding horses (Hunters or Mounted Archery), or spending time with my friends and family.
I started Avery Fletcher Photography in December of 2021. This is by far the most amazing job I've ever had. I have the opportunity to travel to so many beautiful stables and meet the most amazing riders and their horses. I picked up my first professional DSLR camera about eight and a half years ago as a freshman in high school. I completely fell in love and saved up enough money to purchase my own professional camera during a Black Friday sale that same year. Thank you to everyone that has supported and encouraged me. I have learned so much since I started, and excited to keep improving.

- Publishing 3 editions of the Avery Fletcher Photography Magazine
- Photographing TOP equine competitors such as Boyd Martin, Doug Payne, Yasmin Ingham, Elizabeth Halliday and so many more.
I love capturing a moment in someone's life that is irreplaceable. You can never experience that again. Photographs quite literally freeze time.
